Buyers take a look at the filter in the house you are buying. A filter with dog hair on it means the house will smell like a dog in the summer time. Yellow filter means smokers lived here. Black as coal they have a venting problem in the chimney or  worse a heavy drug use house.I found one once most of the time its the chimney. If it is just real dirty it may have issues real soon caused be neglect. If it is new at least the cared enough to hide the flaws or they take good care of the system.
