Looking for a bargain in Henry

If you are looking for a great deal keep in mind everyone else is too. Be prepared to act fast. Have your loan pre qualified. Go see the property the day its listed. If its good offer will start the first couple of days. Do not wait. Listing agents tell their investors when good houses are listed and they snatch them up fast. If you see something you like offer on it asap. Taking a few days to think will cost you a house. Also if you wait to offer your offer maybe put in with other offers now you have to out bid them. Listing agents always tell you there is other offers and ask you to go higher. I'm not telling you not to but if you feel your offer was good stick with it. Get your offer in early with a fast offer acceptance date. Listing agents hold your offer until the last minute hoping they can sell it to one of their customers with out another agent.Its not right I can't prove it but they think people are dumb. You will hear the same excuses.I can't reach my client he is on  vacation.There is another offer we want highest offers 2 days from now(this buys them 2  days to find one).Its a bank and I need a week to get answer(short sales take forever but a foreclosure should have answers fast) . The guy I deal with at the bank is on vacation this week,they are bankers and they are never in the office according to listing agents. My clients are out of town and don't get email. Ha, today you can get email everywhere, with cell phones and text and hotels and ships with email service they are stalling.

Clean the screens on your faucet

You need to get a pair of pliers and go to your sinks. There is a screen where the water comes out. Remove it and clean it and put it back. This screen traps small stuff like sand ,rust or plumbers putty. If you never cleaned it you should. The city works on the water lines all the time and dirt gets in the water. Old water heaters may let stuff into the water .Sometimes stuff grows on the screen. Some of you will be disgusted with what you find. Some people wont find a thing but its good to check all sinks. I found this on line it should help. An aerator screws onto the end of a faucet. It mixes water and air for a smooth flow and minimizes splashing. Tiny particles caught in an aerator's screens reduce the water flow. The solution usually is simple: Unscrew and take apart the aerator, flush the particles out of the screens, reassemble and screw the aerator back on.
